Welcome to LizM Photography. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website lizmphotography.net and all purchases made through it. By accessing this site or purchasing it, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

Terms & Conditions 

1. Ownership and Copyright

All images and content on this website are the property of LizM Photography and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, scan, reproduce, distribute, or use any images without written permission.

  • Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or usage rights.

  • Images are sold for personal use and display only.

Commercial, editorial, or promotional use is prohibited unless otherwise licensed by written agreement.

2. Product Description and Print Quality

  • All photography is printed on high-quality materials with attention to detail and color accuracy.

  • Due to screen variations, the color or brightness of a physical print may slightly differ from what you see online.

  • Each print is made to order and carefully packaged for safe delivery.

3. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 14 business days and shipped via standard carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS).

  • You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

  • LizM Photography is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because prints are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

If your order arrives damaged, please email lizzmphotos@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to make it right.

5. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Copy or attempt to extract copyrighted content

  • Interfere with the operation of the website

6. Limitation of Liability

LizM Photography is not liable for:

  • Any incidental or consequential damages related to use of this site

  • Delays, lost packages, or issues caused by third-party shipping services

  • Color differences between digital previews and printed products
