Welcome! Below you’ll find the licensing options for my photographs. All images are copyrighted by Liz McCain Andes/LizM Photography. By purchasing, you agree to the applicable license terms.

1. Personal Use License

Ideal for personal projects, prints, and non-commercial use.

You May:

  • Display images in your home, personal projects, or as digital wallpapers

  • Share on personal social media (credit appreciated)

  • Resize or crop images for personal display

You May NOT:

  • Use images for commercial purposes

  • Sell, redistribute, or sublicense images

  • Claim ownership of the images

  • Use the image(s) in any defamatory,

  • unlawful, or offensive manner.

3. Exclusive Licensing

  • For buyers who want exclusive rights — no one else may use the image.

  • Pricing: Custom quote based on usage, reach, and exclusivity duration.

2. Commercial Use License

Perfect for businesses, marketing materials, websites, and products for resale.

You May:

  • Use images in advertising, marketing, websites, and social media for your business

  • Incorporate images into products where they are part of a larger work

You May NOT:

  • Claim authorship or ownership of images

  • Resell or distribute images as standalone files

  • Use images in logos, trademarks, or offensive content

  • Use the image(s) in a defamatory, unlawful, or offensive manner.

​Starting Price: $100 per image (varies by resolution and usage)

4. Liability Disclaimer

All images are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. LizM Photography is not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the image(s). It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
